This recipe is amazing. It takes a while to prepare even with two people, but it was well worth the wait. We steamed the veggies while we chopped the ginger and garlic. I doubled the recipe to make this for a dinner party of seven people, and it fit nicely in a six quart crock pot to serve from.
This was my first attempt at tofu. It was amazing!! I used oranges b/c I had them on hand and it was great. I served it over jasmine rice. Can't wait to make it again!
