This light, flavorful dressing beautifully complements our tender organic baby spinach. Julienned cucumber, toasted pumpkin or sunflower seeds, almonds, or tangerine segments work well as optional garnishes.
|2 tablespoons||unseasoned rice vinegar|
|2 tablespoons||soy sauce|
|1/4 cup||sesame oil|
|1/4 cup||canola oil|
|1/4 teaspoon||Asian chili sauce|
|1 tablespoon||grated fresh ginger root|
|2 teaspoons||Sesame seeds|
|5 ounces||Earthbound Farm Organic Baby Spinach|
Combine all vinaigrette ingredients in a glass jar and shake vigorously to emulsify.
Place the spinach in a large bowl. Add about 1/4 cup of the dressing and toss to coat the leaves lightly. Add more as desired. Extra dressing may be refrigerated up to one month.
