Get your day going with a delightful fruit smoothie anchored by our powerfully nutritious greens: Power, Kale or Baby Spinach!

Wholesome organic frozen fruit and fruit juice impart a gently sweet flavor, and they provide the perfect cover for adding healthy veggies to your diet — even if you don't particularly like to eat your greens straight up.

These smoothies make a terrific on-the-go breakfast or refreshing midday snack. The variations emphasize different fruit flavors, but you should experiment to suit your own tastes. Each recipe makes one 12-ounce smoothie. Enjoy!


Ingredients

  SMOOTHIE #1
3 cups Earthbound Farm Organic Power, Kale or Baby Spinach (packed - about 2 oz)
2/3 cup Earthbound Farm Frozen Organic Strawberries (about 3 oz, use 3/4 cup if berries are small)
1 cup Earthbound Farm Frozen Organic Blueberries (about 4 oz)
1 cup Organic apple juice (8 fl oz)
 
  SMOOTHIE #2
3 cups Earthbound Farm Organic Power, Kale or Baby Spinach (packed - about 2 oz)
3/4 cup Earthbound Farm Frozen Organic Strawberries (about 4 oz - use 1 cup if berries are small)
1/2 cup Earthbound Farm Frozen Organic Blueberries (about 2 oz)
1 cup Organic apple juice (8 fl oz)


Directions

In order, add ingredients to a blender. Secure the blender lid and hold it to prevent leaks. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
