Pomegranate Vinaigrette

This vinaigrette was created especially for our Harvest Salad with Pomegranates, Fennel, and Figs — but it works beautifully with other kinds of salad greens, especially those with bold or exotic flavors like our Middle Eastern Salad. The bright, tangy flavor of this simple vinaigrette balances sweet and spicy notes perfectly. You'll find pomegranate vinegar and pomegranate molasses in specialty stores and Middle Eastern markets. Try our easy recipe for pomegranate molasses to make your own.
