Olive Tapenade

Olive tapenade is a versatile condiment/spread/dip/flavor whose possibilities are only limited by your imagination and your preferences. It’s great as a spread for crackers or crostini, delicious spread on sandwiches (especially grilled ones), and wonderful tossed with hot pasta and your favorite sautéed or steamed veggies.


Ingredients

4 cups pitted Kalamata olives
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Earthbound Farm Crushed Roasted Garlic Organic Purée
1 3 oz jar capers (drained)
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Earthbound Farm Crushed Fresh Chili Pepper Organic Purée
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon fresh oregano
1 tablespoon Earthbound Farm Chopped Fresh Basil Organic Herb Purée
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
3/4 cup olive oil


Directions

Add all the ingredients — except the olive oil — to the bowl of a food processor. With the processor running, add the olive oil in a slow stream and process until smooth.
