Olive tapenade is a versatile condiment/spread/dip/flavor whose possibilities are only limited by your imagination and your preferences. It’s great as a spread for crackers or crostini, delicious spread on sandwiches (especially grilled ones), and wonderful tossed with hot pasta and your favorite sautéed or steamed veggies.
|4 cups||pitted Kalamata olives|
|2 teaspoons||Worcestershire sauce|
|1 tablespoon||Earthbound Farm Crushed Roasted Garlic Organic Purée|
|1||3 oz jar capers (drained)|
|3 tablespoons||fresh lemon juice|
|1 teaspoon||Earthbound Farm Crushed Fresh Chili Pepper Organic Purée|
|1 tablespoon||Dijon mustard|
|1 tablespoon||fresh oregano|
|1 tablespoon||Earthbound Farm Chopped Fresh Basil Organic Herb Purée|
|1 tablespoon||fresh thyme|
|3/4 cup||olive oil|
Add all the ingredients — except the olive oil — to the bowl of a food processor. With the processor running, add the olive oil in a slow stream and process until smooth.
