Olive tapenade is a versatile condiment/spread/dip/flavor whose possibilities are only limited by your imagination and your preferences. It’s great as a spread for crackers or crostini, delicious spread on sandwiches (especially grilled ones), and wonderful tossed with hot pasta and your favorite sautéed or steamed veggies.
| 4 cups | pitted Kalamata olives |
| 2 teaspoons | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 tablespoon | Earthbound Farm Crushed Roasted Garlic Organic Purée |
| 1 | 3 oz jar capers (drained) |
| 3 tablespoons | fresh lemon juice |
| 1 teaspoon | Earthbound Farm Crushed Fresh Chili Pepper Organic Purée |
| 1 tablespoon | Dijon mustard |
| 1 tablespoon | fresh oregano |
| 1 tablespoon | Earthbound Farm Chopped Fresh Basil Organic Herb Purée |
| 1 tablespoon | fresh thyme |
| 3/4 cup | olive oil |
Add all the ingredients — except the olive oil — to the bowl of a food processor. With the processor running, add the olive oil in a slow stream and process until smooth.
