This recipe is a winner! I even reduce the maple syrup and it turns out well! Some favorite additions / substitutes are shredded unsweetened coconut, dried tart cherries, and sesame seeds.
This granola is delicious and so simple to make! I did leave out the oil though (didn't find it necessary). And I love cinnamon, so I doubled the amount called for. I also added some healthy additions, such as a couple tablespoons of ground flaxseed, and some chia seeds.
