Creamy Poppy Seed Dressing

This easy dressing has both sweet and tangy notes, and it’s a great partner for salads containing fruit, like our Mango and Arugula Salad. The recipe makes about 1/2 cup but is easily doubled; it will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.


1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Poppy seeds


Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to blend. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
