Here's a simple salsa that dresses up grilled chicken or pork tenderloin. Try it with our Grilled Lime Chicken for a quick and tasty summer dinner.
| 2 | avocados (preferably Haas) |
| grated zest of 1 lime | |
| Juice of 2 limes | |
| pinch | red pepper flakes (or to taste) |
| 1/2 teaspoon | garlic powder |
| Sea salt (to taste) |
Peel and cut the avocados into 1/2-inch cubes. Place in a small bowl and add the lime zest and juice. Mash lightly or combine with a rubber spatula. Season to taste with red pepper flakes, garlic powder and sea salt. Serve at room temperature for the best flavor.
