Apple, Beet and Stilton Salad

Nice, refreshing, tasty, and satisfying. It gave me full flavor and out was very nice to serve as a starter/salad, then straight to entree, healthy choice, served as a greater dietary alternative. As a chef, I usually don't tend to follow recipes as the exact recommendation , when i do, I would want to find a fault to criticize , however this one is a winner.
