The lassi is a tradition in India; the combination of fresh fruit, yogurt and ice makes a very refreshing drink. Lassis are a great way to start the day, and the variations on this theme are endless; it's a delicious way to enjoy fruit, like fresh organic strawberries, at their peak. Here we've combined the fresh fruit with honey yogurt and a dash of our Strawberry-Vanilla Syrup. Change up the flavors by using our Ginger Syrup, or adding a handful of lemon verbena or fresh mint instead of a sweetener.
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into a glass to serve. The lassi can be made ahead of time and refrigerated for up to 3 hours before serving.
