3 sheets of filo dough (approximately 13 x 17 inches each)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  Crumble Topping:
1/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons unsalted butter (cut into small pieces)
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  Whipped cream (as garnish)
