Place the sugar and water in a small pan and bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Add the vanilla paste and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and allow the syrup to cool to room temperature. Refrigerate until chilled.
Place the mango and the passion fruit and tangerine juices in a blender; process until the mixture is smooth. Add the chilled sugar syrup to your desired level of sweetness, and the ice, and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
