Smoothies are very flexible and forgiving; use this recipe as your basic guide, but feel free to experiment with your favorite fruit combos — the combinations are limitless! Substitute nonfat frozen yogurt for the plain yogurt, and you can reduce the quantity of ice cubes by half. Use different juices or try soy milk (especially good with bananas). Take advantage of your favorite fruits in season, although frozen fruits also work extremely well.
Combine all ingredients except the honey in a blender. Process until smooth. Taste the smoothie; if it needs sweetening, add honey or sugar and blend again for 20 seconds.
