1/2 cup cranberry juice
2 tablespoons jellied cranberry sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon champagne vinegar or white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon grated orange zest (about 1/2 orange)
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
 
  CANDIED HAZELNUTS:
1/2 cup whole hazelnuts (skinned)
3 tablespoons brown sugar
  pinch salt
1 large egg white (lightly whisked with a fork)
 
  SALAD:

1/4 cup candied hazelnuts
1 small Earthbound Farm Organic Gala or Fuji apple (sliced)
1/2 cup crumbled Stilton cheese
