Organic plants grow more slowly, which makes them more flavorful and helps them last longer in your fridge. They’re not sped up with synthetic fertilizers, which can produce a plant with thinner cell walls. That means they have a richer taste and better texture — plus they’re grown in ways that protect what we all value most: the health of our families!
