Stacy Baas

As our trusty and intrepid guide to understanding our shoppers, Stacy Baas has spent countless hours rummaging through people’s pantries – with their permission! – in an effort to understand why food matters to them and what makes them tick. She’s full of stories about folks from Bakersfield, CA to the Bronx, not to mention a few about her own little family here in California. Her 3-year-old daughter recently learned how to recognize the word “organic” on food packages, a fact of which this organic mama is (rightfully) quite proud.
